The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it light to firm pressured to decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.
Combination massage is often paired with Swedish Massage, Trigger point, Acupressure, Lymph drainage, Sports, specific Deep Tissue, or other modalities tailored to your needs by me. These Modalities combined will help reconstruct muscle fibers and scar tissues you might have from injuries or accidents and remove metabolic waste. This allows your body to recover with less pain, helps relax your mind and rejuvenate your entire body.
